National Day of Prayer
This is our little peachy-pink Azalea which we thought died last season, but maybe it was just tired. Weary.
A few days ago it began to blossom forth in flower-laden splendor. Amazing what a little sunshine and rain will do.
Prayer works in the human soul in much the same way.
Revive us, Oh Lord. By Your Spirit may this weary, misguided world be awakened from winters slumber and blossom forth in new life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
